Accessory guide

Build your complete battery system.

A LiFePO4 battery needs the right charger, monitor, and cables for safe, optimal performance. Browse by category.

  • LiFePO4 Chargers

    Dedicated chargers for 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, and 72V batteries.

  • Battery Monitors

Real-time voltage, current, and state-of-charge displays.

  • Cables & Connectors

Heavy-gauge cables, busbars, and terminal connectors.

  • Mounting & Hardware

Brackets, straps, and installation hardware for secure mounting.

Selection tips

Choose the right accessories.

The right charger, monitor, and cables are just as important as the battery itself for system performance and safety.

  • Charger selection

Match charger voltage and current to your battery. Rule of thumb: 0.3C to 0.5C charge rate.

  • Monitor setup

Use shunt-based monitors for accurate state-of-charge. Calibrate after installation.

  • Cable sizing

Use AWG chart for your current and cable length. Undersized cables cause voltage drop and heat.

  • Terminal care

Use antioxidant compound on terminals. Check torque annually.

FAQ

Chargers & Accessories FAQ

Answers to common questions about LiFePO4 chargers, monitors and accessories.

Buying questions
Do I need a special charger for LiFePO4?

Yes, LiFePO4 requires a different charge profile than lead-acid. A LiFePO4 charger charges to a higher voltage (14.6V for 12V) and does not float-charge like lead-acid.

What size charger do I need?

Rule of thumb: 0.3C to 0.5C charge rate. For a 100Ah battery, use a 30A to 50A charger. Faster charging reduces battery lifespan.

Can I use my existing lead-acid charger?

Some AGM chargers work for LiFePO4, but many will not fully charge. For best results and battery health, use a LiFePO4-specific charger.

How do I monitor my battery state of charge?

Use a shunt-based battery monitor for accurate SoC readings. Voltage-only monitors are inaccurate for LiFePO4 due to flat discharge curve.

What gauge cable do I need?

undefined
