Yes, drop-in replacement for most Group 24/27/31 sizes. Most modern converters work, but a LiFePO4-compatible converter is recommended for optimal charging.

Do I need to upgrade my RV converter?

A LiFePO4-compatible converter is recommended. Check your converter manual for LiFePO4 support. If not supported, upgrade to a LiFePO4-compatible model.

How do I charge from my alternator while driving?

Use a DC-DC battery charger between your alternator and LiFePO4 battery. This protects your alternator and properly charges the battery at the correct voltage.

Can I use solar panels to charge?

Yes, with an MPPT solar charge controller set for LiFePO4 charging profile. Most modern MPPT controllers support LiFePO4.

How much capacity do I need for my RV?

Estimate daily amp-hour usage: fridge, lights, water pump, devices, furnace fan. Most RVs need 100 to 400Ah for comfortable off-grid stays.

Will it work in freezing weather?

Discharge works to -20°C. Charging requires above 0°C. Some models have self-heating for cold weather charging. Store indoors during winter.
